THE LITTLE DETAILS:
- A full gourmet breakfast is included in all rates.
- Unless otherwise indicated, there is a two person maximum per room except in the Victoria House.
- There is a two night minimum stay on most weekends with a three night minimum stay on some holidays and special events.
- Sorry, no pets, and smoking is limited to outside porches and decks.
- The reservation desk is open from 10a.m. to 8p.m. Please call during these hours or email any time.
- Check-in time is any time after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11a.m.
- Children ages 10 years or older accommodated.
Deposits:
- Full payment is required in advance on one night stays; 50% advance deposit required on extended stays. Balance is due upon arrival.
- NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
- Eureka Springs tax is currently 13.75% on lodging.
- 10 day cancellation notice required for refund less $20.00
per room processing fee.
- Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than
10 days before intended arrival date.
- Discount on extended stays of five or more nights.
